• All students and families must complete the Cyber Academy Parent/Student Sign Off 2025-26 form before the start of the school year. Families with more than one child in SCA must complete this form for each of their children. This form is very important, as it is what we will use to ensure that we have accurate contact information for you, that you have a clear understanding of the S.S.D. and the SCA policies, and whether or not you have a school issued Chromebook
